What We’re Loving Wednesday: Food Edition

Oh, man. I had this a long time ago at Samantha’s and forgot about it until this past weekend when I happened upon it at Publix! Drinking coffee black can get boring, but this makes it delicious.
Justin’s Almond Butter.
With no Trader Joe’s around, nut butters get expensive. This is a splurge, but I found it at Wal-Mart in Gulf Shores. Our Wal-Mart doesn’t carry it, but if yours does, it’s a lot cheaper there. I, especially, love the flavor this gives to my smoothies.
I can’t buy the chocolate almond butter very often because I can eat that whole jar in 2 days. Salty and sweet- deady combo.
Cottage Cheese Jell-O.
This is where things get weird, but just go with me.
Blending cottage cheese (Daisy brand since it has few ingredients and less fillers) with chocolate fudge Jell-O tastes like chocolate cheesecake. I’m not crazy. And it’s a good way to get protein and a chocolate fix at one time.
Like the irony of how I stress a clean cottage cheese brand, yet use chemically-infused Jell-O?
Cottage cheese is, also, good blended with sugar free strawberry, orange, raspberry, or lime. I HATE cottage cheese, but this makes it good. I promise.
