Stalking for Motivation

Most of the blogs I’ve been stalking following lately feature runners. I’ve learned a lot about running- the best type of clothing, form, water bottles, ipod playlists, new recipes, etc. They’ve provided a lot of motivation considering they do double digit runs weekly. It’s madness.
