Me Vs. 25+ Pounds

I’ve been eating ridiculously well and working out for at least an hour a day lately and nothing. NOTHING!

I wasn’t writing down my calories, but I did today and found a problem. I was only eating 700 calories. Thus, the reason for getting the shakes and starving by 8 pm. Whoops.

I’m upping my calories today to get 1200-1500.

Also, my new birth control could be making my body retain some water. I feel bloated and gross. Maybe it’ll level out in a couple weeks.
