Keeping the Magic Alive!
In trying to pretend we’re still in Disney, Reid and I have been watching Disney movies this week. (Reid’s been at home sick for 2.5 days this past week so we had time on our hands, too).
We watched Mulan, Peter Pan, Meet the Robinsons, The Little Mermaid, Pocahontas, Marie Antoinette, Lars and the Real Girl, and Man of the Year.
We also played Disney Trivial Pursuit, where we tied.
Friday night we went to Tuscaloosa to visit with Reid’s parents, Max and Sally. We, also, saw Wall-E! I really enjoyed this movie, despite the crazy boy behind me kicking my chair and repeating the whole movie, haha! I wasn’t sure how Pixar/Disney would pull off making a robot personable, but I believe they’ve done it! WALL-E is one of the best characters I’ve seen in a while. Obviously, I recommend this movie!

ps:what about The CW doing a version of 90210 this fall!? WHHHAAAT??
wow…i am impressed Reid watched all those disney movies. Danie wouldn’t go for it..haha. Didn’t hear about the 90210 thing! Might have to check that out.
haha, reid’s probably more into the disney kick right now than i am, so he picks out the movies. we love them!
Sounds like it has been an busy but enjoyable summer so far!
