Look out world!

There’s something about Sundays that put me in a cooking mood. I can’t put my finger on it, but it’s there. And today’s Sunday so it must be time to cook.

Here’s the menu tonight (against my calorie-counting ways):
* The Best Lasanga. Ever. Or so she says, we shall see.

AND
*The Best Chocolate Sheet Cake. Ever. Again, we’ll see. Sidenote: I get nervous about baking! I’m horrible at it!

We’ll also be doing laundry and watching the Oscars. Jealous? Call if you want to come over!

PS- Surgery went good. The first day was awful (couldn’t keep anything down). BUT I’ve been fine since then. YAY!
