I hate Myspace

I’ve been trying for a week to delete my Myspace account.

In order to do this, you request to delete your account and then you get a confirmation email and follow the instructions. Just that simple,right?

Not exactly.

I’ve requested to delete my account four times without response. I finally sent myspace an email regarding this. They then sent this back to me:

In order to fulfill your request, we will require a salute - a salute is a current photo of yourself holding a hand written sign containing your MySpace account ID (it is the last series of numbers on your web address bar when viewing your profile).

So they want me to take a picture like I’m a hostage is pretty much what they’re saying! Needless to say, they just got a nice little email back from me.
