Spinning, Take Two

So for some strange reason I decided to go to another Spinning/Cycle class today.

There were only FOUR of us, which is very intimidating to me. You can’t just hide in the back when its like that! It was also a different instructor. She was very nice…but then class started.

I don’t really respond well to being yelled at while I work out. I honestly think she was barking at one point.

I went through stages of how I feel during the class:

Minutes 1-15 — Kinda feel like crying and throwing up at the same time

Minutes 16-25 — Can I leave yet!?! Oh dear God, why am I here? What did I do to deserve this. I will never eat a piece of cake again, just as long as I don’t have to do this again.

Minutes 26-35 — Yeah, I’m just going to sit here and pedal. I don’t care how much you yell at me. Forget this standing up crap.

Minutes 36-50 – Is this over!?! Ok, I’ll keep kick up the pace and freakin finish.

Now that I’m sitting on the couch and just relaxing I’m thinking that I’ll probably go again next week, BUT with a different instructor. I mean, it is a good work out, which is exactly what I’m looking for. We’ll see…

Just in case you’re not familiar with spinning classes:
**warning: long video, just watch like 30 seconds and thats all you need…

**I apologize for this becoming like an exercise blog…don’t worry, it won’t stay this way…
