Sleep does a body good

I like Saturdays because I have no set schedule. Its amazing! Reid and I were tired last night so we just went to bed with jeans, sweatshirts, socks, everything on. We fell right to sleep. I think, if I didn’t dream it, that we woke up at 1 am and changed into pj’s and actually got ready for bed; then back to sleep. Needless to say, I woke up at eight am. I’ve already cleaned the kitchen, worked out with Denise Austin and my tv, and started laundry. Reid’s still sleeping.

I’ve had to be creative this week with my workouts, or atleast very time concsious (sp?). I have two hours between class and work on Tues/Thurs so I get home as quick as I can to eat lunch, grab clothes and go workout. Other days, its just whenever I have “free” time or can squeeze away 45 minutes. Regardless of what time I work out, its been boring this week- 30 minutes on the elliptical and then 30 minutes on the bike go by sloooowly. I’ve started doing weights more often since its not as boring.

Theresa and Joy sometimes work out together during the week, but our schedules are so different that we never get to go together. Except today! I think its time to call and wake them up.
